You MUST repair what caused the module to fail in the first place before installing your newly repaired unit or it may be damaged again. How it works: You or mechanic removes your control module shown in listing. Package your unit up securely include a note with your name, return address your symptoms. Purchase listing, The mailing address will be provided and you will need to ship your unit to us. We will cover the return shipping to you. Once package is received repairs are generally completed in 24-72hrs. Then the unit is sent back USPS Ground, Priority or Express. (Generally because of heavy liquid or burn damage) then we can usually do one of the following: Issue a full Refund.
