The item is made of a cast white metal Spelter with a gold and silver painted finish. The item is made in two sections. The item has an embossed decoration that includes several winged cherub fairy angels (see photos). The item was used as a centerpiece plant stand, but it could hold a candle holder as well (see photos). The item is not marked by the maker (see photos). The item is vintage (see photos). This item is a part of an estate liquidation. The item in total measures about 16.5 inches high and it is about 7 inches wide. The inner opening at the top measures about 4.75 inches wide and it is about 2+ inches deep. I am not sure, but maybe it was originally an oil lamp base. The painted finish is not original. The item has some wear and some floral arrangement foam left in the open top (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice stand, lamp base or candle holder to add to your collection or home interior decor.
