Listed in William Heacock?s 1000 Toothpick holders page 42 as Smith Bros. a decorating firm in New Bedford Mass. This piece has the look of something done by Mt. Washington Glass. This is part of a 400 piece toothpick collection I will be selling here and other online sites.
