There is no makers mark but this is likely one of the Baltimore makers like Stieff, Schofield, Jacobi Jenkins etc. These pins were originally used as buckles/closures at the waist but you can certainly be worn like any other pin. This pin has an original C clasp type closure. The condition is very good no wear or damage issues. This piece comes clean polished and ready to enjoy.
