The fabric content tag is too faded to read. Could be acrylic or cotton blend with fleecy inside. Cold wash inside out.
Vintage size M. The dress is 23? across from underarm to underarm and 23" across waist and same at hips. 38" long, maximum 46? bust, waist, hips. 23? across shoulders. 19? sleeves from dropped shoulder.
Good condition with mild wear (occasional pill on fabric and minor material loss on screen print, see closeup)
