Returns are accepted within 30 days. Please see relevant details below:

1.A. Returns for general reasons (other than those described in point 1.B.)

If the buyer wishes to return the item for any reason, except the reasons described below in point 1.b, it should be returned within 30 days at the buyer’s cost in the same condition in which it was received (unused, uninstalled, undamaged).

Therefore, it must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, with original packaging and all parts included, otherwise the refund will be affected with relevant deduction.

1.B. Faulty/defective items or damaged items

In the scenario that the item arrives faulty/defective or damaged, KSM Motorsports provides the buyer with a free UPS return label, in order to send the item back for replacement or refund.

Also, the buyer is responsible to ship the item in the same package that it was received or in a package that has the same dimensions. If the buyer uses a different package that will lead to increased return cost, the difference will be deducted from the refund to be issued.

2. Refund or replacement process
Once the package is received by our Company the refund will be issued within 2 business days.

If the buyer chooses the replacement option, the replacement item will be sent within one business day via UPS Express Delivery Service.
