1 sale - 2 different items - need to ship as 2 packages

Bonanza shipping process is messed up, printed labels can’t be adjusted
properly to print all info, and after printing the first label, can’t find
a way to generate a seperate postage labels…there is no “buy another label” option…what do I do?

If I’m understanding right, u want to ship the 2 separately? If so, create the 2nd shipping label on Paypal. Then when marking the 1st listing on Bonz as being shipped include the 2nd tracking # in the notes for the buyer & which item that tracking goes to. Then u, Bonz, & buyer have reference to it

And then of course contact the buyer to make them aware of the two tracking numbers. I wouldn’t go into detail….just let them know you shipped her items in 2 different boxes, provide the tracking numbers making sure to let her know which tracking goes to what item. Good luck.
