Custom and Made-to-Order items are not eligible for changes, cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds, except as noted below.

• If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact me within 2 days of your order being delivered, so the problem can be resolved.

• If you receive a correct item that needs an adjustment to improve your experience (such as velvet choker that you’d prefer to be shorter), please contact me with the details. I am always happy to make adjustments that are possible. (Please save the shipping box/packaging.)
