No power supplies or cables are included these were tested for powering on with a PoE Switch. The phone has been reset to factory default. Serial Number last five #0A4FC The lot includes The Polycom VVX600 IP PHONE A Handset A stand. The phone has been reset to factory settings and default password. I was able to do a factory reset but I do not know much more about these phones. I have only tested them for powering on the LCD screens. Factory resetting them and accessing the phones internet GUI page using the phones IP address. And flowing through some of the menus and self-test. The phones may have scratches and scrapes from being transported without packing material. They will be bubble wrapped before shipping. Buyers should be in the business of repairing or refurbishing this item. Although I may attempt the test the item and describe the results of the test the Item is still sold as is. The lot is suitable for people who need parts or can change the housings of phones in bad cosmetic condition. They may be missing the overlay for the buttons or button covers.
