Lefty Locke Pitcher-Manager we believe is the ninth book of the 16 baseball themed books written by Burt L. Standish. The book is used, showing wear due to being pulled and pushed out of a shelf, but otherwise is in excellent condition. There is a bookplate stamp on the inside of the front cover. The pictures show a good binding, although the photo of the back cover looks like that is not the case--it is a shadow. The binding is in very good condition. There is a little smudge on the page facing the inside back cover, but the pages are not torn or dog earred. It would be a very nice addition to your library.
