If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of the date that the product was shipped to you. Upon receiving your return, we will provide you with an exchange, store credit, or refund of the cost of the item purchased. All returns must be received by us at our facility in Union, MO in original condition. Items without all the original box and packing materials, law tags, etc., will not be accepted. Items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Classic Magnets does not refund shipping and handling fees. If a returned item qualified for free shipping, the shipping and handling costs from Classic Magnets will be deducted from the refund.
