Unopened video games that are still in new condition can be returned at your expense within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Opened video games can only be returned if you receive a product that does not work. Return it to us and we will replace it with the same product.
PLEASE NOTE: The industry defective rate for new games is way less than 1%, so your chance of receiving a game that does not work is very low.
