Teknashop Ltd offers a 14 day cancellation period to consumers from the day you received your item.
During this period, you can view and try the product as you would in a store, but as soon as the product is used, your right of withdrawal lapses.
For goods, the cancellation period is respected if before the expiry of the delivery period you have delivered the goods to the postal service or to another company that has undertaken the shipment of the goods.
Please note that, as a customer, you will have to bear the costs of any return, which will not be refunded later.
The item must always be returned in its original packaging so as to avoid any shipping damage and complete with the accessories supplied.
When returning, you must notify us that you wish to return the item within the cancellation period.
The right to return sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery, such as, for example, earphones, headphones, underwear with internal application, are excluded from the right to return.
