Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the original transaction.
