We will only accept refund or replacement requests for items that arrive damaged, or incorrect shipments. Refunds and replacements are only accepted up to 30 days from when the shipment is received. After 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please email us at [email protected]. Your request must include your order number and photographs of any damage or incorrectly shipped items.

Once your refund or replacement request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also provide information regarding any refund or shipment of replacement items that pertain to your request.

If incorrect items were shipped, Mumbai to Maine will send a new shipment with the correct items at no charge.

Refunds will be issued only to the original method of purchase.
