For some reason if you have to return an Item(s)it must be returned no later than 3 days after you received it. Item(s) must be returned in original condition sent to you. If item is altered in anyway (ie: tobacco contaminated, etc) we will not accept it and it will be returned back to you. You must contact us first before you make a return so that we can make the arrangements. Upon receiving returned item(s), WE WILL refund your money back to you via Paypal minus the original ship/handling fee and the final value fee that was charged to us by Bonanza. For our Replica Notes, there is an additional 12% restock fee (this goes to the vendor and cannot be avoided-SORRY). Buyer is responsible for return ship fees.
