Qualified products purchased through Solar Steals can be returned within 30 days of original purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever is greater. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) submitted through our website. To be considered for return, please ensure the following:

The product is in the original, unmodified condition purchased.
New products must be returned with original, unopened packaging.

Clearance, “final sale”, as-is products, and gift cards aren’t eligible for return. Returns take at least two weeks to process. In the event a returned product is determined by Solar Steals to not be defective in workmanship or materials (i.e. there is “no trouble found”), Solar Steals will apply a 30% restocking fee. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

IMPORTANT: if you receive a product that appears damaged from shipping, take photographs of the entire package while the delivery vehicle is on-site. Insurance claims for damaged products cannot be authorized or processed without this!
