Simply include a copy of your Order Receipt .. OR .. provide your Order Date, Order Number and Name and Address with your Return, to help us expedite in processing the Credit, Exchange or Refund.

We will try to process an appropriate Credit, Exchange or Refund as quickly as possible. Please allow several working days for processing. We will send you an email update as soon as your Return has been processed. If we need any additional information to process your request, we will email or call you. Normally refunds that are issued appear in your payment account within two ( 2 ) to three ( 3 ) business days.
