If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can make a Return of eligible products for a FULL REFUND ( less any applicable shipping charges ) within 60 days of the shipping date. Any products that are returned to us MUST be UnOpened ( ALL manufacturer safety seals must be unbroken and intact ), and UnUsed products that are in Re-Sellable condition ( Bottles and Labels are not damaged ), in order to qualify for a Credit, Exchange or Refund.

Simply include a copy of your Order Receipt .. OR .. provide your Order Date, Order Number and Name and Address with your Return, to help us expedite in processing the Credit, Exchange or Refund.

We will try to process an appropriate Credit, Exchange or Refund as quickly as possible. Please allow several working days for processing. We will send you an email update as soon as your Return has been processed. If we need any additional information to process your request, we will email or call you. Normally refunds that are issued appear in your payment account within two ( 2 ) to three ( 3 ) business days. However, please allow up to ten ( 10 ) business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.
