We will accept other returns within 14 days of purchase and on any such return the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. For reasons other than item defect our standard policy is a 20% restocking fee for all cancellations and returns, which must be in the exact original condition as received. Electronics, jewelry, watches and other related items which are damaged by the customer after receipt are not returnable.
