Yes check all your folders. I have asked Bonanza a many questions and always got a prompt reply. Even though a few of my questions were pretty silly once I got the reply. I thought I should have known that and I am sure that got a little chuckle out of my silly questions and that’s okay because I did also (at my knowing) when I got the always prompt and respectful response from them.
