That would be your sales Tax. Bonanza handles that part for us.

And yes, the sales tax your buyer pays to his state, that you never touch or have anything to do with, is part of the total transaction amount PayPal is charging you 2.9% of.
So sellers have to pay the PayPal fee to “collect and disperse” the sales tax.
Doesn’t make sense, but that’s how it is. :(
