Please reauthorize your account (paypal)

Setting up a new account here. Authorized PayPal, all good. Then, it tells me I have to reauthorize for state sale tax collection…but every time I click the link it makes me sign into PayPal and shows me my account…..there is no “continue” or “authorize” option or anything. When I close the window, it keeps asking me to reauthorize…

I am having the same problem. I have a paypal business account and a debit card for the business account. So why does the update not work? It only goes so far and then nothing happens , it does not sign into pp and it continues to say it needs to be re-authorized. How do I get this fixed.
