Ebay / bonanza updating issue

I sold a couple of things here on Bonanza, a very RARE occurrence! And checked to make sure they were removed from my eBay listings. One was, one wasn’t.. it was still listed for sale. This is VERY concerning. eBay doesn’t like it when you sell an item you don’t have and you’ll get a ding against your eBay account when you do. Too many dings will affect your Top Rated Seller status. To anyone that sells on both venues, I’d check each item sold on Bonanza against your eBay listings to make sure they were removed.

You should always go back to eBay and end the item listing yourself! That’s the only way to be certain the item isn’t still listed on eBay if sold here.

I have had the opposite issue more often, thankfully. I do most of my business on eBay. But for the 2nd time now, I’ve had Bonanza not properly sync items from eBay that have sold, and sold them again on Bonanza, and had to go through their RIDICULOUS cancellation/refund process.

Agreed. It happened enough times to me that I’ve closed my booth. It’s not worth the trouble from the VERY few sales I actually get from here, and then have to spend days fixing it. I make more in a day on eBay than I do in a year here.
