Changing advertising level locked, can't update anything.

Sooo… about those new fees. I went to change my advertising level since the newest email said we would not be automagically enrolled in the 11% rate if we were set at 9%.

The whole advertising page is completely screwed up, nothing loads, the old rates looked like they were still there and someone who didn’t know how to change the code just screwed it up completely. Bonz had almost a month to get this set right and they didn’t do it.

I’ve stayed positive about this for the last month but losing that positivity quickly.

So, is anyone else able to edit their advertising rate to 11%?

Edited to [URL removed] I am apparently on the 11% rate from what I can tell and advertised.

I’m having the same issue. My advertising screen is frozen with the words “Loading advertising plan” at the bottom of the screen. It has been locked up for 3 days now. I thought they would have fixed it by now. I need Google Shopping enabled.

It also still says “Choose your advertising level You pay nothing up front. Learn more”

While it is broken and locked I can assure you they took 12% from us on our only sale yesterday.
Then PayPal took their 3.49% + .49 cents.

Thankfully we just found out you can increase the price of all your items at once by doing a negative value in the discount field.

We will now use Bonanza is a joke.

+25% on all prices and see if advertising beats us being found cheaper on OtherBay.

Another addition. It still says above the broken selection and “Loading advertising” [URL removed]
“Choose your advertising level
You pay nothing up front. Learn more”

Also none of the dropdowns at the top of the page work.
I really hope someone reads these posts. It seems like there is probably 1 or 2 lines of code that need to be corrected and 3 days into the new fees they are still broken.
