Hi, Im new do bonanza i just made my store about a week ago. I have been selling on ebay for years and just wanted an alternative. Iv set my shop up and picked Superior advertising level yet after a week all my listings are at 0 views. I know my price points are at prices i sell on ebay at. But you cant make a sale if no one looks at your item. I know the products i sell are not the most popular thing to sell but at the same time i sell a nice handful on ebay a month.
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

Hi,
You pretty much have to do your own advertising here, or let one of us do it for you,
I post links n several social sites, that’s the only way I get any traffic.

Hi Nickdo3D, good question! It is important to follow your booth traffic as that helps spot opportunities. Premium advertising should get you much traffic and conversions in itself. If that is not happening (as is the case here) then you need to ask yourself why. In looking at your booth here are some things I [URL removed]
1) Your titles have ALL CAPS. Google (and other search engines) do not rank ALL CAPS titles high (if they show them at all). Correct your titles (and descriptions) by removing ALL CAPS.
2) Main images with watermarks, numbers, wording (that was added to the image) are not allowed and the item will be disapproved in Google because of this.
3) Use high-quality images. You can use our free Background Burner to remove the backgrounds too. Having high-quality images is crucial to separating yourself from others in search results (and with mobile shoppers).
If you correct the above points and update your booth, Bonanza will update your feed that is sent to Google shopping and you should start to see results within 72 hours. Hope that helps. May you have many sales soon!

@abigdogmom Thank you I wasn’t aware you have to promote your items I thought advertising level did that for me.
@bonanzamark I have corrected my titles. Thankfully only 1 of my pictures has edited numbers/text on it so i will correct that. Thanks for the tips.
KarensCollections Thanks for the tip. What would be the best site(s) to post on that wouldn’t consider it as spam?

Also, I checked this item, “N Scale 4x Porta Potties (portapoty) 1:150” and you have the exact same item on ebay for 15.00 with free shipping and you have it on bonanza for $20 where would you purchase it from? Most people go to ebay because its so well know, and if they did want to search around to see if they can find it cheaper, they certanly would not come to bonanza cause its $5 more. so at least mark your items a little lower on bonanza to entice buyers to purchase from Bonanza instead of ebay.

Google.com also does pay attention to misspellings. There are free spell checkers available on the internet to download. I’ve got one on my computer due to another Bonanza seller telling me about it. For the life of me though, I cannot remember the name of the one that I have downloaded. I also checked my computer for it but cannot seem to find it :) It is working though here on Bonanza and so it is on my computer somewhere.
The Bonanza seller who told me about it was LovesBirds.
I highly recommend a spell checker be used when writing up your descriptions. Most of the time it is 100% right and it will make Google happier. It also helps with grammar.
