Yoga mat: best one for hardwood floor

My exercise area is a hardwood floor covered by a thin area rug. I can’t properly situate myself for my inner-thigh pulses because the pain the hardwood floor causes. ANd I can’t do as many sit-ups as I want for the same reason.
I’m not concerned about price. I’ll pay double the price for the nicest, lasting mat.
Thank you for any help you can give.

You should do search of yoga mats on the Bonanza site to bring up the sellers offerings.

Not sure if you ever tried it before, but a half ball would work good to work your stomach out since it gives support to the lower back.

Bonanza, would you please allow us to edit out comments for the reasons as above.

I had suggested something else Quaker but Bonanza decided to delete my posts and left a comment that no longer makes sense (thanks Bonz)

Actually, I don’t use a mat if I do yoga on a hard floor. Maybe it’s just me though
