Why isn’t anyone viewing my items?

Hi,
Just joined and imported over 75 items from EBay. Says it was done but why isn’t it showing views on any of my items? I have a variety and all have multiple, some dozens of views on EBay but not here????
Also why when my items are imported why are the prices changed, always lower? I have had to go in and individually edit an item to put price back to what I wanted it at.
I had hoped that Bonanza would be a better option to sell my items but not sure now.
Thanks

Not like ebay, no one is going to come and browse

…you have to ensure your items are in google (look under advertising, choose 9% fvf if sells by way of ad click), are google compliant, got your attributes etc

Ususally takes 24-48 hrs to get your item feed indexed for google…

You have twitter, pinterest, ect..use them.

People go to ebay or amazon and search…

For bonanza people find the items in search engines, and google shopping.

One thing though, if the items are found on ebay, there will probably be no reason to search elsewhere for them

As for your items getting views on ebay.. because your are already established there..you have yet to establish yourself here.

As for being a better option…I left ebay in 2009 and have not sold on there since. It took a lot more work, but was a lot less stressful

Welcome to bonanza and good luck

is it worth the extra fees to have a webstore and booth ? will it generate more traffic/sales ?

If you don’t want your prices lowered when you import them from ebay, you need to go in and under the “Item price and status” you need to uncheck the box that says"Discount prices by______"

[URL removed] 11, 2020 Thanks for responding. I don’t have social media sites to promote my stuff. My Facebook is limited to just friends and family. Didn’t realize that Bonanza wasn’t set up like EBAY. ???

You have to do your own promoting on the Bonanza platform, it is not like eBay, and it is good to set your final value fee at 9% to show up in Google Shopping. The reason the price is lower when imported to Bonanza from eBay is because it does not cost as much if you item sells from your Bonanza Booth.

You really have to work to get traffic here. You have to advertise your items on social media——-Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook etc. Bonanza has been around for quite a while but people don’t know about it because they don’t advertise the site like other selling sites do.

Bonanza is probably one of the slowest selling sites there is. I’m on another site and doing really well there. I have two sales from there to ship out this morning, that will make 5 sales so far this week. I used to have close to 500 items listed here, but moved just about all of it to another site
