You can use paypal for shipping or bonanza shipping. you can’t use ebay for shipping here.
Or you can use pirateship.com

It does not matter where you get your shipping label/who you use..Just make sure you return to bonz (invoice) and add tracking (as Atomicdiner says)
Personally I used paypal for all shipping. I do have pirate ship but decided that since the cost is the same at PayPal (Commercial base rate), there was no need to change my old habits..

I use Paypal shipping for First Class Packages and I use PirateShip.com for Priority. PirateShip offers Cubic Rates for priority pricing which is usually cheaper than commercial priority rates. I don’t believe Paypal offers Cubic rates. So I’ve been able to save a bit more on postage when my parcels fall into the cubic rate category.

ARRRHHHH Matey! +1 Pirate Ship. Being able to setup shipping notifications sent to your customer, on a time delay you specify, is a nice feature. AND, you get to format the wording of said email.
Recently had USPS upcharge me on a 4oz package. First-Class upgraded and charged to my card, for Priority Mail. Addressing and resolving that through Pirate Ship was dead simple.
