Unauthorised deduction from account

I am a new seller it’s been a week I open a selling account since then I Bonanza deduct 3 payments from my account without my knowledge and I have been keeping asking the reason & refund my money but I have not received any reply. Is anyone advise me where should I send the email & what action do I need to take.

I can’t help with your problem, but I did take a look at your booth and you really should check your shipping. I see that media mail is used for a wood and metal lamp. I fear this would not ship in the media mail category.

Bonanza has had a glitch in the postage as I reported it and it was fixed yesterday. Recheck all shipping asap & wait for support don’t keep opening a new case they will answer.

Your shipping sounds like it defaulted to media mail & you the seller will have to pay the overage. Once you correct shipping on all items make sure the shipping stays if not report it right away.
