Old items not showing up on bonanza search after turning off vacation

I already have submitted two support tickets but I still did not get any response. It’s been more than 24 hours so I’m posting this here.

I opened my store last year then set it on vacation mode for quite a long time before resuming just the other day. I posted new items after I got back, but when I checked the Bonanza marketplace, none of my old items (the ones I left before vacation) would show up. The new ones already did. I compared my old and new listings and found they had nearly the same details (shipping, price, etc) so I don’t think the listing details had an issue.

If you check my booth, all the listings (both old and new) are there, but when I tried searching within my own booth, the old listings were the only ones that didn’t show. Anyone got any idea what could be causing this?

Now im not sure, but i think when you put your booth in vacation mode, your items are not listed anyplace. and when you re-activate your return from vacation, it does take a bit for them to get back out there to be seen. If this is wrong, im sure someone with the correct info will come along and let your know.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply. Since I never got any response from Support, I already started reuploading all 203 items one by one and now I can see them in the marketplace![URL removed]
