Nothing here is easy!

After several days of trying to set things up and enter my 200+ items, I give up!! This is NOT a user friendly site in my opinion and I want to cancel. Even that isn’t easy.. I can’t find anywhere to cancel my account!
Any help is appreciated..

I agree to a point with you but it is just that is Quirky and Different. There are some things here that could use improvement but if you are used to posting on other sites, it is not as smooth as some others.

Well for 1 thing Greg, OFFERS should INCLUDE Ship costs and Taxes. Just ran into this and not something sellers can give away for free. Wastes time of both buyer and seller.

If you click ‘see all community help’ link at the top of the forum page and put your issue in search oftentime the answer will come up with having to wait because someone else had the same question.

Dear Maggie, it’s a pity You didn’t visit forum earlier, as probably any issue you couldn’t find info about (sometimes it is difficult in the beginning to navigate help pages https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001172471-Selling-on-Bonanza, where all instructions are posted) or couldn’t apply them to listings, some members would be able to help You here.

I hope You haven’t deleted Your listings yet! If You still have them on a reserved mode, I wish You can change Your mind and give it a try a little longer, just ask here any question You can’t find the answer and will try to help.

Bonanza gives You the possibility to keep Your items here, for free, for as long as You need (listings don’t disappear after a couple of months, as they do on some other marketplaces).
It’s a huge advantage to have Your inventory here and to pay fees ONLY after item sells.

Come and ask for help..many will be glad to help…

Best advice is to always start with a free account until learn how it works (this site works very differently than ebay)

To cancel the membership
Go to Selling Dash board
Scroll down until you see membership
Click on it
there will be a page of information and a cancellation link

To cancel entire account

Account Dashboard
Seller settings
Scroll to the bottom
there will be the option to cancel, take a break or keep account but no longer selling…

Though I do have to admit, things were a lot easier when there was just the My Bonanza page and everything needed was in one place…

But please ask because setting up a free booth is rather easy…

Don’t quit Maggie, this site is still the best competitively compared to Ebay and Amazon. This site offers tons of seller tools to help you make sales. There is nothing like it out there, trust me.
