This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi Natgheis,

We’re still a small team here at Bonanza and we do our best to try and get to your email as soon as possible. Due to the nature of your items, we needed to place your items on temporary hold. We are trying to see if you have a history of selling these types of items prior to approving your booth. In the past, digital items have been used in fraudulent sales, so we tend to err on the cautious side when approving booths.

Thank you for your patience while our team gets back to you regarding this situation!

I’m [URL removed] I thought Bonanza did a big expansion with VC investment a couple years ago? What happened?

What kind of items are you trying to list?

If they are expensive items or drop-shipped items (and especially if they are expensive, drop-shipped items), or if they are certain kinds of electronics items, Bonanza will be extra cautious about approving unproven sellers for their marketplace. Feedback from other sites will help reassure Bonanza Support that you are a reliable seller who will ship items to buyers.

If any of the above applies to you, consider starting with a fewer number of items and limit the prices of the items to show that you have good intentions as a seller.

They are moderately expensive less than $50. I never sold these items before. They are not drop shipped. Its been more than 48 hours without a reply from the customer support as to what the issue was. I have seen on bonanza where sellers are selling same item.

Hello. I see 128 items in your booth. Looks like Bonanza straightened it out. Good luck in your booth. Blessed be. )O(

I don’t get why I am assumed to sell counterfeit items which I am not! I am not selling name brand stuff plus it’s my first time trying to sell on here. Also, my ebay feedback, that has been years ago and I wanted to get back to selling things (dropshipping) so how do I submit an email or I do not see anywhere where I see to find an email exchange on ebay to submit my feedback that was not recent. This is starting to be a pain.
