Does Bonanza “SUPPORT” NOT bother to respond to service requests ??
I have contacted them TWICE within the last month regarding NO import from eBay for my account, and have received NO reply from them ?

THREE possible reasons why you haven’t had a response [URL removed]
1. The response went to your SPAM/JUNK email folder.
2. You are checking a different email than the one associated with your Bonanza account.
3. HOLIDAYS.

I see this question posted a lot by different members here. I’m going to go out on a branch and say that they do not.

I sent a support request last month, and had it answered, and solved, in less than 2 days. Mind you, it was a simpler request, but I’ve always had very quick service, and knowledgeable responses.
Did you at least get the original auto-response? If not, then try again, as they may not have rec’d your message. Well, try again anyway.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
