My messages not delivered

I found many times the messages i’m writing to my buyers if its replaying or writing new message, not been delivered.

not once i’m getting a messages from a buyer asking why i am not replaying to there message although i did .

bonanza may not know it but i think there is a issue there

You can send a direct message to support and report this problem at [email protected]; or go down the the very bottom of every page and click on the Contact button, then fill out the form. I usually go the message way…it’s much faster. You might also send a message back to your buyer(s) that there is a problem onsite and it should be resolved soon. They should understand as problems happen all the time on all websites. Also be sure to thank them for letting you know that there was a problem; otherwise you wouldn’t have known about it. When you use Bonanza Messages (aka BMail with Bonanzlers), Bonanza also sends the same message to the user’s personal email address that is on file. The yellow envelope that you see next to your messages in your “Sent” folder means that the message was not read by the recipient using the Bonanza website. Sometimes it is because those users made a one-time purchase or inquiry and do not come back to check if they have any BMail messages. However, it is possible that the email message was read by the user through their own personal email. Reading their personal email does not change the status on BMail.

Of course, you may still have a a problem with your messages, but the general rule stated above does apply. If you want to check the function of your BMail messages… reply to the message that I just sent you through BMail.
