Just opened my booth and have some questions

I just opened my booth wiith imports from eBay and noticed that only 1 photo is included. Most photos were deleted and products stored once they were added to ebay, so I’m a little lost as to what I should do

This is an official Bonanza response.

Welcome to Bonanza @JewelsThings2018! When you import new items to Bonanza, only the first photo will import from that initial import. We have a “secondary importer” that runs behind the scenes and that will bring the rest of your photos over in the next few imports. If you keep your two accounts synced, a new import will run every other day and the rest of your photos should be updated here shortly!

I have done 3 imports already and still only have 1 image for each item. The last one I ran I also used the new and revised. It never used to work this way. Why a change for the worse?

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
