We use Import items from inventory file witha custom-mapped CSV. While new items go up just fine, we are not able to get existing items to update the price or the quantity. This is stated on Bonanza’s import page
we’ll always update price or quantity if they change.
However, that doesn’t seem to be the case? If we include the force_update column/field and set that to true, it does update. However, we want to be sure this is just updating and not removing and re-adding.

Possibly an answer… When using import utilize ‘SKU’ as the identifier instead of ‘ID’.

- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
