This is an official Bonanza response.

Thank you for writing and welcome to Bonanza!

All prices on Bonanza must be listed in US dollars. After that, they will display to each user in the currency for their location set by their Internet Service Provider. You can change the currency in which prices are displayed for you at any time by scrolling to the bottom of any page and clicking the location/currency link. Be sure to save any changes you make.

All items have to be listed in US Dollars. Then, a buyer can click on a webpage link (bottom left corner of Bonanza webpages) to change thE currency to country of their choice.

Google a currency translator calculator to help price your items in USD. Remember, as the exchange rates change, so will the money you receive from a sale. Your “profit” will be at the whim of the exchange rates unless you modify your Bonanza USD prices for large exchange rate changes.

As of July 25, 2020:

1 GBP = 1.25 to 1.28 USD. So take your GBP price that you want to sell the item for and multiply that by 1.25 to 1.28 to set the price in USD on Bonanza.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
