I am in the process of changing my email provider/address. I had updated it in PayPal, but had not yet done so in Bonanza. Some made a purchase from my booth and the payment is pending because PayPal does not recognize my old email. I have just updated the email in Bonanza but wonder if there is anything else I need to do to in order for the payment to process.

You will probably have to contact the buyer to repurchase (after cancelling the first one). I do not believe there is a way for bonz (but you can contact support to find out) to retro-actively change the information going to PayPal.
