How do i add shipping to an international buyers list?

Buyer from Germany made an offer on three items in her cart then asked about shipping. I answered her by PM but I can’t add the shipping to a new invoice. I tried accepting the offer with hope to make changes after as promised but I see no way to do that. Please someone help me.

When you click Accept offer, the next page should have a link near the top to ‘change invoice’. It’s hard to see because it is pale green and in the middle of a sentence.

If you click that, it will take you to the invoice where you can enter the shipping cost. Don’t forget to click ‘re-calculate’, then once that’s done, there should be a big green button to ‘Approve Order’. Once you click that, the invoice goes to buyer.

it is always better to click on the Review Invoice link, on the Items sold page…If links are not there, then nothing you can do now, except use the send invoice link on My Bonanza & send a separate invoice for shipping

Make sure to let your customer know that it can take up to 6, 7 weeks with regular mail.
At LEAST 10 – 12 days via International Priority. Priority however, is outrageously expensive now.
Trust me – I ship there all the time (I AM German – LOL).
