How long does it take an inventory file to import into bonanza

Hello,

I have been trying to import an inventory file that was created for me specifically for Bonanza. It taking forever to get to this stage (Your CSV import has been queued.). But, once it does, I have a message that states (0 of 5000 items imported. Import in progress.)How long does it stay in progress and wouldn’t at least one of 5000 load within an hour? I’m not technical but we have gone over and over the feed and everything is set up properly on the CSV file. Please advise me as to what we may be doing incorrectly.

Cheers,

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @sensualshoe_boutique,

Apologies for the delay. We have several requests for inventory file uploads at this time. The amount of time it takes to load a file will vary depending on the number of items you are loading and how many import requests are in the queue in front of you. You should see your items load shortly. If that is not the case, please let us know at [email protected] where we have the tools to research any delays or errors. Thanks for your patience!

Kind regards,

I searched to see if it was just me… clearly it’s taking forever for everyone. I suggest that you sit back and leave your import window open to avoid putting your day on pause.
