Does anyone know how to make changes to booth items that have been synced?

I have deleted everything from my booth 3 times to ensure a fresh start and then just imported/synced my items back into my booth, but would like to change the prices. After I change pricing, the changes will not stick. Am I doing something wrong?? Also, is there a way to edit photos of listings that have been synced? I am really trying to do this the right way and not mess up this time. Thanks so much in advance!! MGB!!

Do not sync with ebay…as long as it is, the prices will update with the sync…

Thanks!! I will look into removing the listings and see if I can copy/paste each one into Bonanza, if that is allowed here. I don’t think html code is allowed on here, as I tried to add a new listing a few days ago and the html from my template was invisible after I made it an active listing. .

when you list, click on the source button, up right on the editor and you can add html there..then when you click back it will show how it looks

Thanks!! I will make note of all of this and try each of these options. It has to work at some point. ![URL removed] MGB!

Do not sync with ebay…transfer items over, but do not sync, as long as items are not synced for everyday..the changes should remain and no duplication will occur…always hit the Apply changes button (big green one) when in batch edit (update items as group) Always hit Update booth after making editing changes and save changes at bottom of screen when in edit mode

My suggestion, manually enter information, make a few listings, learn how the shipping is set up, how to bulk edit international (if that is what you want)…etc…learn how the system actually works, before trying to do massive uploads, batch editing, ebay syncing and so forth..

To put in html code…(this is a picture from our previous editor, but it is essentially the same)
Click on Source button
Paste in your code (use control+v)
then click on the button again and it will show how the listing looks

I’m not sure about this but, if you have your items synced with Ebay, then your Bonanza listings are exactly the same as your Ebay listings. It would seem to me that the only way to make changes to your Bonanza items would be to unsync your Booth from Ebay. I don’t have my booth synced so I’m not 100% sure, but that is my understanding of how using the sync feature works.

Thanks!! If all else fails, I may just delete it all. It’s not doing me any good to edit, but good thing is, I noticed this morning was that I had actual prices instead of odd pricing with a line drawn through the old price. I guess that is some progress. :/

What about un-syncing from eB and then doing the changes? If you don’t sync, it won’t keep changing back.

I don’t think hottytoddy40zoo knows how to unsync.
When you import UNCHECK the sync box.

Try making the changes in “update item as a group”. Seems we are having problems with changing shipping, and that’s the only way we can get it to change.

Ok thanks so much!! I have been really trying to dig up any information on as to how, but what little I have found seems to be confusing.

I just did that, but the changes will not take effect. Not sure if it will help to delete my booth items a 4th time or not….. may be the system is not clearing the old items fully out of my booth.

I will try that…. I will give it one more try on here. I worked for several hours last night, but the edits never stayed after I saved the changes.
