Can i find a sale with an "offer #"?

I received a message from bonz support telling me that i had an “offer” and to contact the buyer in the “offer above” since my email was not on paypal…Somehow my one email was disconnected from pp, so I went in and fixed it. But i do not see an “offer” from anyone just an offer number that support sent me…So is it possible to look up a sale or offer with just an offer #? No sale or offer is showing in my booth that i can see. Thanks.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello @misskeech,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. You are able to look up an offer by the offer number using the following [URL removed]

www.bonanza.com/offers/XXXXXXXXX

(Enter the offer number after the “/offers/” where the Xs are in the example above; offer numbers generally begin with a 3 and are 8 digits long).

Often times, when you are unable to locate orders in your items sold page, you can find them under the “Other offers” tab.

Hope that helps. Let us know at support if you require further assistance!

Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team
