Bonanza why do we see pictures chopped and not all there?

I have noticed not just in my listings, but in others as well, that the pictures don’t always show completely. What is going on with that? It is black on either side of a pic and all you can see is a long strip of the actual picture. Any one else having this problem. To me it is a problem as when I look at an item and I am sure that when a customer does too, that they want to see just about as much of it as they can. Not one third of it.

I have noticed that as well, but I have no idea why that is happening either.

I have been using google chrome for the longest time with Bonanza and I never had this issue till recently. Clearing the cache did nothing, i did use firefox and it works fine. But why the sudden problem with using chrome I wonder?

I use FF exclusively. Only sometimes Chrome. Haven’t viewed any booths in Chrome that I can remember. Maybe I’ll try today.
