Hello. I had my first order on Bonanza store. The item’s cost was 29$, but I got only 26,39$ on my PayPal account. My order summary says that 2,08$ was the “[URL removed] Bonanza Promotions, Save 9% (up to $25) on your order”. I didn’t set any promotion. I have only free shipping. So my question is why I get less money for this transaction?

Hello inspiracja_jewellery,
Welcome to the Bonanza Community.
Thank you for writing and congrats on your recent sale!
In addition to the information that tomwayne1 provided here is additional information. This buyer received a discount from a Bonanza Promotions coupon. We offered the coupon to promote your items as part of your participation in the Bonanza Promotions advertising program. Marketed as an “Employee Discount,” we simply forego what we would collect from you in sales commission fees, and pass that amount on as an enticing discount to shoppers.
Bonanza Promotions never discounts your item price beyond the fees we would have collected. You can learn more about this using the link that tomwayne1 provided.
Advertising via Bonanza Promotions is completely optional and you are able to opt out of that advertising platform at any time from your Bonanza account. Point your mouse over the “Selling” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page, then select “Advertise items” from the drop-down. Deselect any advertising platforms you no longer wish to participate in, then save your changes.
If you need additional support please email our award-winning support team and they will be glad to assist you further. Contact us at [email protected]
Thank you and Happy Selling!
Kind Regards
Wanda

Bonanza will sometimes discount items to buyers, but will then reduce the FVF that they charge you. It all works out in the end.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
