Unfortunately Bonanza doesn’t have a phone number you can call, but you can try emailing [email protected] I think there is not much Bonanza can do, but you should definitely take action with Paypal or your bank/credit card (however the item was paid for) if you haven’t heard any explanation from the seller.

If you are asked to pay for the return, you should be able to send it back ANY way you want. If the seller is paying for the return, then they might want to choose the method. However, they could have a shipping label generated and emailed to you. You then print it out, stick it on the package and drop off at a FedEX location. Maybe even call for FedEX pickup.
Either way, if you return it, make sure to get TRACKING information on the package.
More specific advice from Bonz members may need more information on why the package is being returned.

Don’t worry, there might have been a mistake in the work of the courier. You will have your money or item anyway, don’t worry

check the tracking, if it is indeed return to sender, you can always get a refund. If you paid with paypal you can provide them the tracking number and let them know you didn’t get the item, they will refund you. If you pay with credit/debit card, you can contact them and ask for a charge back due to you didn’t get the item. Don’t worry, either way you are covered as long as it’s valid.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
