Shipping policy

Please don’t hesitate to contact me at any time prior to purchase if you have any questions, need additional pictures, etc. and I will respond as quickly as possible.

Shipping options include: Calculated, Flat Rate and FREE. Additional charges may be applied to items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and must be paid before order will ship.

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days (does not include Saturday or Postal Holidays). After your purchase has been remitted to the shipper delivery usually takes 2-9 business days depending on destination and chosen method (no guarantees). Please allow for possible delivery delays during holidays/high volume shipping periods. Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground – please be aware that orders shipped via UPS can not be delivered to post office boxes.

NOTE: If you pay for your purchase(s) via a PayPal account, your name and shipping address MUST match the confirmed and/or verified name and shipping address on the PayPal account associated with the payment. If the name and/or address do not match and I am unable to confirm by Phone (see “Miscellaneous Details”), the purchase(s) will be cancelled and immediately refunded less any applicable transaction fees.

ALL MERCHANDISE IS IN-HOUSE, PERSONALLY INSPECTED BY ME AND READY TO SHIP – NEVER DROP-SHIPPED!

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If an order is damaged while in transit, retain ALL packing materials and contact me immediately upon receipt. A detailed written description and photographs of damage(s) must be remitted to me before an insurance claim can be initiated (see Return Policy). Claims for damaged orders shipped via USPS must be made at your nearest post office.

Photographs of used or unique, non-production items will be of the actual piece you will receive. Additional photos may be available upon request (prior to purchase) – allow 1-3 days. While I try to provide my own photos for all items, it may be necessary to use stock photos from the manufacturer therefore, variations in color and finish of the item(s) you receive should be expected.

RETURNS:
If there are any problems with your purchase what-so-ever (including damage sustained while in transit) please contact me through the Bonanza message system within 48 hours of documented delivery so I may have the opportunity to work with you to reach an appropriate and amicable solution.

Authorized Returns are accepted within 14 days of documented delivery to you, the buyer, for items Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) only.

SNAD items must be returned to me (the seller) at your (the buyer) expense within 14 days of documented delivery in the same packaging and condition as was shipped.

Applicable refunds for Authorized Returns will be remitted if the item is received within the aforementioned 14 day period and in specified condition. No returns are accepted or refunds given after 14 days.
