Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Unique and beautiful handmade artisan copper and stainless steel jewelry. These cool and unusual designs make perfect eye catching gifts for teens and adults. Custom requests are welcome. Only see earrings and wish it were a pendant? Like the design but wish the bead or coiling/weaving wire were a different color? Prefer a different size? No problem! I like trying new ideas as well. There is no obligation to buy if you don’t like the completed result. See below under “Miscellaneous details” for more information on custom orders.

Shipping policy

Shipped via USPS first class small parcel with tracking number provided. I try to drop off your package at USPS by next M-F business day if possible. For example, if you place your order Thursday, I can have it at USPS next day Friday. But if you place your order Friday, the soonest I can get your package to USPS is the following Monday. I’ll contact you as soon as I see your order and let you know when I expect to drop off your package. Shipped from Fremont, CA or nearby city. Drop off at USPS within 1-2 business days. Then shipping times from the Fremont area to other locations in the US are usually 2-5 days.

Return policy

I am happy to accept returns on the jewelry you purchased if you are unsatisfied or have buyers remorse. However, I cannot accept returns on tutorials. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item(s) must be returned in new original condition with original packaging. Buyer must contact prior to returning the item(s). Full refund will be issued after the item(s) are received in original condition.

Miscellaneous details

Custom Orders:
I accept custom orders based on a picture or requested modification to listed item. Many of the items listed will describe some variations possible. Visit my website wirefascinations.com for more customization options. Message me via Bonanza or wirefascinations.com contact form or email direct to [email protected] to request a customization. I will then exchange messages/emails with you to give an estimate of production time and price and gain clarification if needed. When completed, I will create a new listing for the custom creation and message/email you the link. This is a public listing and others will be able to view and purchase. Therefore, there is no obligation for you to buy the item.

Most of my creations are made from copper wire but I just recently started creating in stainless steel asl well. Copper is a beautiful versatile metal. But here are some things you might want to know:

Copper Oxidization:
Copper oxidizes when exposed to the air and the sweat in your skin. Over time, the bright and shiny “copper” color will develop an antique patina that is duller and browner. This may or may not be desirable depending on the look you are going for. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny. It really works!

Metal Hypersensitivity:
A very small percentage of the population (you probably already know who you are) may be hypersensitive to metals including copper and should not wear copper jewelry. If you suspect you may have a copper allergy (usually itching sensation or rash where jewelry touches the skin), discontinue wearing copper jewelry and get tested.

Medical properties:
If you do not have metal hypersensitivity, wearing copper bracelets and rings have been known to have healing properties for those suffering from arthritis. For medical use, it is preferable that the jewelry is not coated with a sealing agent so that there is direct contact between copper and skin.

Stainless Steel: I use 316L grade stainless steel also known as marine grade stainless steel due to its corrosion resistant and anti-oxidation properties. You could take a shower or go swimming in the ocean in your jewelry without fear of corrosion. Stainless steel is also more durable and less delicate than copper.
