Shipping policy
Welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy using my products as much as I enjoy making them. My goal is to make and provide you with products to help nourish and moisturize your skin so you can look and feel your absolute best!
Payment:
I currently accept Paypal and Direct Checkout with credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Just click the link during checkout and follow the instructions. Any shipping and handling overages in excess of $1 will be refunded to you.
I usually ship orders within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Custom orders may take longer. If payment is not received within 3 days, a text will be sent to you as a reminder. If payment is still not received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.
I usually ship via USPS. If you would like a faster shipping method, please contact me for cost. Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Orders will be shipped to the addres on your BONANZA invoice, therefore please make sure your address is listed correctly. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly listed or posted addresses. If you have special shipping instructions, include them in the ‘note to seller’ section at checkout. A confirmation notice will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
All international custom fees and handling charges will be the sole responsibility of buyer. Please review your country custom rules and regulations for additional info.
Due to the nature of the products offered at Sylvieling, we cannot accept returns. However, I want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
I make my products in small batches. The products you receive may vary in color and design from photo shown. My soaps are cut by hands, therefore variation in size and shape may be seen. That is the beauty of handmade.
Ingredients available in each product are listed in each BONANZA listing. Please read carefully for any possible allergy to any ingredient before purchasing or using our products. A patch test is recommended if you are concerned about any ingredient in our product. Allergic reaction is buyer responsibility.
Our products are not edible.
