Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Orders are processed daily and are shipped within 1-2 business days of having received your cleared payment. An additional premium will be charged for orders shipping by air, or to Hawaii or Alaska. Insurance and tracking is included in all of our shipments. Payments received by 2PM EST can normally be shipped out the same day. Q: What is your return policy?
A: We allow returns within 30 days of purchase only. Please note we can only accept returns for items that have not been installed and are still brand new in the original box, no exceptions, within 30 days of purchase date. Buyers will also be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20-35% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item. All items will be inspected upon arrival and refunded accordingly. You will be assigned an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number – please make sure this number is written on the INSIDE and OUTSIDE of the box.

Q: What happens if my product arrives damaged?
A: If your product arrives damaged then you will need to sign “damage” on the waybill upon delivery. If your product was delivered damaged without a signature then please contact us immediately and we will contact the shipper to begin the claims process.

Q: Is my order insured for loss or damage?
A: Yes! All packages leaving our warehouse are covered against loss or damage. If your product is lost or damaged please contact us to begin the claims process.

Q: How can I return a product?
A: Send us a return request, and if your order is authorized for return, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any product returned to our warehouse without an RMA number or by collect freight will be refused and returned to sender. The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping charges. Make sure to include a copy of your return inside the box, and remember to include your RMA# on the outside of the box!

Q: What if there’s nothing wrong with my order but I changed my mind and want to return it?
A: As long as the product is brand new, uninstalled, and still in the original packaging we can accept a return within 30 days from purchase date only. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Please send us a return request so we can issue you an RMA number.
